When not building a startup, our Founder, Jared, could always be found with his dad, Art. The duo rarely missed an Avs, Nuggets, or Broncos game, sharing a love for sports that inspired the creation of our company. After Art’s passing in 2020, Fresh Tape Media established The Art Department: a branch of Fresh Tape Media devoted to making the world a better place, just like Art did.

ART DEPT: Hockey Unlimited Content Capture
Fresh Tape Media partnered with Hockey Unlimited to host a content capture day, where young athletes had the chance to feel like real pros, and Hockey Unlimited was able to capture a wealth of content for future promotional materials.
ART DEPT: WiST Social Media
We partnered with WiST to elevate their social media presence, highlighting their mission to empower women in sports technology through programs, internships, and accessible career resources.
ART DEPT: MoveUkraine Pilsner
We collaborated with the MoveUkraine team to create assets promoting their pilsner initiative on social media. The project aims to raise critical funds to support the rebuilding of Ukraine.

Creative Content Specialist
We want someone who can not only execute high-level edits and effects, but also creatively brainstorm standout concepts for social, branded, and commercial content that actually grabs attention. If you’re constantly thinking about how to make content feel bigger, sharper, and more scroll-stopping, we want to meet you!
Responsibilities include:
Concept Ideation
- Work alongside the Creative Team to concept and oversee production of bold and innovative creative
- Contribute detailed ideas for a wide range of creative formats, both as an individual and within team brainstorms
- Developing ideas into pitch-ready concepts with corresponding visual direction
- Stay up to date with industry-wide content and social trends
- Experience with a wide range of creative formats, including but not limited to: engaging short-form social content, commercial campaigns, brand activations or stunts, and longform storytelling
- Ability to write scripts and pitch deck copy is a plus
- Comfortable live-pitching clients is a plus
Content Creation
- Create visually engaging edits that use pacing, music, sound design, graphics, and storytelling to capture audience attention
- Support VFX, motion graphics, compositing, cleanup, and visual enhancement needs across a variety of projects
- Deliver high-quality video content across social, digital, commercial, and branded content projects
- Help maintain visual consistency across projects to ensure work aligns with expectations and creative direction
- Review content for consistency, quality control, and look and feel to meet clients’ needs
Team Collaboration
- Manage multiple projects at once while staying organized, on schedule, and on budget
- Work cross-departmentally to bring content to life
- Participate in daily and weekly internal meetings
- Provide general creative and administrative support to the Creative Team across ongoing projects
- Participate in a company culture that encourages top performance and high morale

Associate Creative Director

Responsibilities include:
Creative Direction
- Work alongside team to concept and oversee production of bold and innovative creative
- Work with Creative Director to review content for brand consistency, quality control, and overall look and feel to meet clients’ needs and achieve key strategic initiatives
- Engage with project managers to ensure creative work is in line with strategic goals and on message for the target audience for each campaign
- Create engaging pitch decks in response to RFPs that communicate Fresh Tape Media’s overall creative vision to the client
- Copywriting for pitch decks, scripts, and client communications
- Manage a team of designers and creatives
Client Contact
- Manage projects for high-caliber clients
- Develop, present and help sell creative concepts to clients
- Motivate team to execute integrated, cross-channel projects that are creatively brilliant, strategically on point, and seamlessly executed, on time and on budget
- Coordinate production for sets/filming across the country from the ideation phase to content delivery
- Concept and develop outstanding creative with the team and adapt at every step along the way, mapping out tasks required to implement the vision
Creative Leadership
- Provide leadership by developing a seasoned, passionate creative team that inspires others and demands exceptional quality
- Help promote a company culture that encourages top performance and high morale
- Collaborate with team members to identify questions and pertinent project information needed to execute assignments
- Work with Creative Director and Project Managers to assign work
- Manage creative staff and freelance to ensure their work meets the agency standards, including the ability to clearly articulate feedback and provide constructive oversight that elevates the creative product
- Mentor and inspire teams to perform at the maximum of their abilities and foster reputation as problem solvers
- Assure that creative work meets client objectives, follows strategies aligned to the brief and meets deadlines on budget

Studio & Gear rentals
Studio
The best studio in Denver, CO.
Our Denver-based studio is fully equipped with a cyc cove wall (W: 13’, D: 13’, H: 13’) and overhead RGB production lighting. The spacious loft offers unobstructed views of the floor below and is filled with beautiful natural light throughout. The studio can be easily transformed to meet most production needs and features finished concrete floors (approx. 169 square feet).
Pricing
- $55/hr weekdays (9am - 5pm) + $75 cleaning + repainting fee
- $115/hr outside of Monday-Friday 9am - 5pm + $75 cleaning + repainting fee
- 2 hour minimum and 15% full day discount
A non-refundable 50% deposit of the studio rental charges is required at the time of reservation and can be made via credit card or ACH bank transfer (no personal checks). The studio will not be considered reserved until the 50% deposit and signed rental contract are received. The remaining 50% is due by 5 PM MT the day before your rental.
